S H I P P I N G

 

The cost of shipping artworks will depend on several variables such as girth, destination and carrier. Please email info@aimiedukes.com if you would like a shipping quote for a specific artwork.

Products such as jewelry and decorative goods will be shipped First Class or Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided at time of checkout via the e-commerce portal used for purchase (e.g. Shopify, Amazon).

Please note international purchases may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes of the country to which the items are shipped. These charges are imposed once the shipment reaches the recipient's country and cannot be controlled or determined in advance. These charges, and any additional costs for customs clearance, are the recipient's responsibility.

All efforts will be made to ensure timely and safe delivery of shipments, including insurance and tracking. However, please note AIMIE DUKES, SP is not liable, nor makes any warranties, for failure or delay in delivery once a shipment is relinquished to the shipping service provider. Likewise, Customs is solely liable for packages delayed or confiscated during their procedures and any claims or complaints to be filed due to delayed, damaged or lost shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.

Acceptable forms of payment may include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, cashier's check and cash depending on the retail venue or e-commerce site used for purchase. 

 

AIMIE DUKES, SP always uses a secure third party administrator for online and credit card payments and never has access to your personal financial data.
